Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through Digital Shop, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the Digital Shop is an offer to purchase our products or services. Digital Shop may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Digital Shop until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Quantity Limitations
Digital Shop may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. Digital Shop may reject any order, or any part of an order. Digital Shop may limit or prohibit sales to resellers or dealers.

Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the Digital Shop, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Digital Shop will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

Product Display/Colours
Digital Shop attempts to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the Site. However because the colours you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, Digital Shop cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour.

Pricing and Product Information
Digital Shop makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to our products, services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Information relating to Digital Shop’s products and services is subject to change without notice. Product prices are dynamically updated by our inhouse purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplierd together with prices of the product required and we will endevour to provide you with a more competitive price. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Digital Shop’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with Digital Shop, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, Digital Shop will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Security and Privacy

Digital Shop is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Digital Shop uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Digital Shop only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience. Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address," and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.

We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order

The Digital Shop follows the industry standard, 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of data over the internet.

When placing an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https". A third indication of SSL activation is the “Secured By GeoTrust” icon that is displayed only if the webpage is both secured and verified by GeoTrust.

Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order one of the following major credit cards, issued in Australia: Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express® cards. All orders will generally be processed, billed, and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if Digital Shop declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, Digital Shop will process a refund.

In the event your shipment will be delayed more than thirty (30) days after the date of your order, Digital Shop will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, Digital Shop will issue a refund.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges will be added to the cost of your order. Generally, all orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of your receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO or FPO boxes.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. We ship goods Australia Wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 2 8212 4332 to enquiry about a special order.
Once packages have been shipped, they should arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on destination.

We charge a flat rate of AUD$35.00 for every order regardless of quantity.

Note: "Business day" means Monday through Friday except for national holidays

Sales Tax
Digital Shop collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site. If you have tax-exempt status, you must provide a valid tax exemption number evidencing your status at the time of purchase. Digital Shop will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid number is not provided. If you provide a number that is not accepted for any reason by any governmental or regulatory authority, and Digital Shop is required to pay tax on your purchase, you will reimburse Digital Shop for the amount of such tax, and Digital Shop’s reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the payment and collection of such tax.

Warranties
The only warranties Digital Shop provides with respect to any product or service purchased through the Digital Shop are those warranties, if any, set forth in the written Digital Shop documentation accompanying such product or service.

Return Policy
You may return any product purchased through the Digital Shop within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and repackaged in its original packaging materials. You will receive a full refund for the product minus the cost of shipping and handling. If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact us to obtain return instructions, or to obtain a replacement.
